at the southeast corner of Fillmore Avenue and Eva Street,
more particularly described as follows :

all in accordance with plans dated Received April 3�, 1969;
subject to the condition that said applicant—permittee, and
its successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application of Dispatch �ealty Company
for a permit to install a 38-space parking lot to be used in conjunction
with a truck service garage. The property is located on the southeast
corner of Fillmore Avenue and Eva Street and is further described as Lot 2,
Block 4, Riverview Industrial Park.
This matter was considered at the May 1, 1969 Board of Zoning meeting. The
staff summarized its investigation noting that the site is in the Port Auth-
ority's Riverview Industrial Project area. Revised plans received April 30,
1969 with a letter from the applicant of the same date meet required design
standards and the approval of the Traffic Engineer.
The Board discussed the proposed plans with the applicant who stated that
traffic would be light and that under no circumstances would trucks be per-
mitted to back onto Fillmore Avenue.
Subsequently, it was the finding of the Board of Zoning that the revised plans
meet required design standards and therefore the Board recommends, by a 5-0
vote, approval subject to the condition that plans will be changed, if neces-
sary, as stated in the April 30, 1969 letter ��rom the applicant.
