RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Saint Paul , Minnesota, for abatement of
taxes and assessments payable in lg6g on parcels of real estate
acquired by said Authority for redevelopment as part of the
Concord Terrace Renewal Project, Minn. R-3'7, and that said
assessments are hereby cancelled, the description of said parcels
and amounts of such taxes and assessments being shown in County
Auditor ' s File No . 81196 and File No . 81198.
