To th� Commissioaer of Finance �f the City of St, Paul:
The Commissioner of Yublic Work$, having had under consideration the prelicainary order
of the Council knvwn as Council File No. 243195 approved,_ _April 16th. lq 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk portions of which will be replaced with integral
curb and sidewalk on the �outh side of University Ave. from Chatsworth St. to Milton
St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said im-
provement.
aad having investigated the matters and things referred to thereia, hereby reports:
1, The estimated cost thereof is $3a50 per lin. ft. for atandard sidewalk S. fte
wide and $4.20 per line ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide., $1.20 per sq.
ft. for integral curb and sidewalk.
