The Com�issioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243250 approved April 18th. 19 69
relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk on both sfdes of No. Albert St, from Van Buren
Ave. to Minnehaha Ave. and by dc�ng all other work which is necessary and incident�l to
complete said improvement.
