ers thereof, and the persons to whom such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined
the amount of benefits to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost

This office represents Central Electric Co, in connection with the
judgment it has against Kenny Boiler & Mfg. Co. Our client recently
received notice of a Condemnation proceeding, a copy of which is
enclosed, and subsequent to that time we have discussed the matter
with Mr. jerome Segal of the City Attorney's office and he advised
to write this letter advising that Central Electric Co. has no objection
to the taking nor to the award; however, Central Electric Co. does
request that it participate in any awards paid to I�nny Boiler & Mfg.
Co. and that they be paid through this office.
