WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners, �! has adopted a budgetfor the fiscal year 2005, and ihe City Charter
sec. 10.03 requires an annual budget , and
WHEREAS, the City may modify the budget in regards to setting of water rates the Board of Water Commissioners has adopted, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners has adopted a budget subject to the approval of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners has submitted a balanced budget and the Mayor, pursuant to sec. 10.02 of the city charter,
does recommend the adoption of Ihe submitted budget, now
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of City Charter, the Board of Water Commissioners' budget for the fiscal year beginning
January 1, 2005 as adopted by the Board of Water Commissioners is hereby approved.
