The Co�issioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preli�inary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243225 approved April 17th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the west side of Lexington Parkway from
Fairmount Ave. to Goodrich Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement.
