The Comm�issioner of Public Works, having had nnder consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243222 approved Apri1 17th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of No. Wheeler St. from Thomas
Ave. to Van Buren Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental
to complete said improvement.
