Marshall, City Clerk Room 386, City Hall & Courthouse Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101 Dear Sir: This is w�itten in response to the application of Standard Oil, Inc. for a permit to reconstruct an existing filling station on property located on the northwest corner of Randolph Avenue and Edgcumbe Road. This property is further described as Lots 4, 5, & 6 of Kay Addition. Lot 6, Block 3, Lex- ington Park Plat No. 7, including vacated alley adjoining. This matter was considered at the April 17, 1969 Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that plans, with requested changes, will meet required design standards and the approval of the Traffic Engineer. The Comprehensive Plan calls for the acquisition of additional right-of-way for Randolph Ave- nue. The Public Works Department, however, reports that it has no funds avail- able at this time for purchase of this property.
