WHET�tEAS the City of St. Paul has received an Open-Space Land Grant
from the Department of Housin� and Urban Development of the United States
of America to assist in the expansion of Rice Recreat�on Center, and
WHEREAS the State of Minnesota� through its NaturaZ Resource �nd, has
made funds available to the City of St. Paul. to assist in matchin� the federal
grant far the expansion of Rice Recreation Center, and
WHEREAS the Coramissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings was
authorized to accept this grant £rom the State of Minnesota in the amoun� of
�7�a�9.13,
BE IT F2FSOLVED that the fund No. 9767-R (Priority No. 00�) appearing in
Council File No. 244104 be amended to read, "P.I.R. Fund 6000R (L 7146)."
