RESOLVED FIJRTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Ccmmissioner of Finance of the Clty of St. P�ul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had un�� consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Counci) F11e No. 243051 approved
April 8th. �g 69 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk and re-

placing with integral curb and sidewalk on th� west side of Rosabel St. from
7th. St. to 8th. St. and by doing all other work which is neces�arv aad inciden-
tal to complete said improvement.

l . The estimated cost thereof is $ 1.20 per sq. ft. for int�gral curb and
