RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for sa,id improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city afficials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St, Paul:
The Com�issioner of Public Works, having had ander consideration the preliminary order
cf the Co�ncil known a� Council File No. 247050 approved April 8th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the west side of Aldine St. from Blair Ave.
to the south approximately 140 ft, and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement.
