WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Camnissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department.(Bureau of Health) during the period from May 17, 1969
to May 30, 1969: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
empioyees who perfornied such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinances No. 6446 and No. 3250.
