The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File Noa 242985 approved April 3rd. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the west side of Duluth St. from Maryland
Ave. to Hawthorne Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental
to complete said improvement.
