The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known aa Council File No. 242782 approved March 25th. 19�
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Earl St. from Conwav St.
to the south approximately 158 ft. and by doin� all other work which is necessary and
incidental to compl�te said improv�ment.
