RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
clirected to pregare plans and specifications for sa.id improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

of the Council known as Council File No, 242865 approved March 27th. 1969
relative to reconstructinQ the sidewalk on both sides of Oran�e Ave. from Earl St. to
Frank St. and by doinu all other work which is necessarv and incidental to complete
said improvement.
