RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit aame to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Com�issioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 242895 approved March 28th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Hya.cinth Ave. from Frank St.
to Orange Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to com-
plete said improvement.
and haviag investigated the maCters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3<50 per lin, fta for standard sidewalk 5. fte
wide and $4.20 per lino ft. for staadard sidewalk 6 ft, wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made a
part thereof.
