The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known �s Council File Noe 242��5 appro�red �rch 25th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side of St. Clair Ave. from
Saratoga St. to Snelling Ave. and by doing all other work which is neceasary and in-
cidental to complete said improvement.
