WHFR�;AS, in connection with the acquisition of property for the
expansion of Oxford Recreation Genter, it will be necessary to incur
acquisition and m:i.scellaneous costs, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of St. Paul proceed with the necesrary
work at an estimated cost of �80,000, and that these costs be charged
to the Permanent Improvement Revolving �'�Znd and be reimbursed as
follows:
(1) Housing and Redevelopment Authority - $53,490.61
(2) State Natural Resowrce Grant - 26,go9•39•
