WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul entered into an Architectural �
Agreement dated February 19, 1968, which Agreement was authorized
by Council File No. 237100; ,
WHEREAS, said City and Cerny Associates, Inc. , are desirous
o.� a,mending said Agreement to provide for a change in location of
said fire station and to add a second fire station to the project;
NOW, THEREFURF� --��-IT:_FZ�SOLVED, .,That the prop�r City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Amended
Architectural Ag_reement between the City of Saint Paul and Cerny
Associates, Inc . , providing for the construction of two fire sta-
tions and adjacent facilities at a fee calculated on an hourly
basis and in no case to exceed seven percent ('7�fO) of the actual
cost of the project, which cost is estimated to be Six Hundred
Thousand Dollars (�600,000.00) .
