The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No, 242859 approved March 27th. 1969
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Lexington Ave. from St. Clair
Ave, to Osceola Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement.
