RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
clirected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Comaiissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the prelinainary order
of the Council known as Council File No, 242860 approved March 27th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Goodrich Ave. from Pascal St.
to Saratoga St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to com-
plete said improvement.
