RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and ia hereby instructed and
clirected to prepare plans and speciScations for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city afficials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with t}�e making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Conanissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File Noe 242898 approved March 28th. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the southwest side of Como Ave. from Doswell
Ave. to Brompton St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement.
