proposed impravements do not 9nterfere wiih its exisung £acilities or interfere wi[h Comcast's
access to the said faciliues to maintain, repair or upgrade them. 5hould the said improvements
in anyway interfere with or prevent access to the said facilitics, the petitioner or its successor
shall provide new easements as required and the petitioner or its suecessor shal: assume all cost�
af relocating facilities to the new easements.
