The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 242776 appraved March 25th. 1969
relative to recoastructing the sidewalk on both sides of Manomin Ave. from Annapolis
St. to Wyoming St. and bq doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement.
