clirected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; tha.t upon said approval, the proper city oflicials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Com�issioner of Public Works, having had nnder consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known a� Council File No. 242750 approved Maxch 21st. 1969
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sfdes of Nevada Ave. from Desoto St.
Ed�erton St. and by doing all other work which ie necessary and incidental to complete
said improve�nt.
