RESOLVSD, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing
�ommittee therefo� and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering FIRE HOSS
to the Department of Public Safety, Repair Shop, 1441 Rice Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota -
to the MIN�tE30TA FIRE INC. £or the contract price of $5,000.00, (at unit price bid), in
accordance with City specifications therefor and the Formal Bid �3523 of said Minnesota
Fire Inc. , such bid being the lowest bid meeting specifications and said bidder being
a reasanable and reliable one and the Corporatio�n Counsel be and is hereby directed
to draft the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
