RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the pointing, caulki.ng and
pai.nting of the existing Sanitation Garage, Existing Equipment Garage and Muni-
cipal Garage, located at 891 North Dale Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota for the Dept..
of Public Works to CASCI DECORATOHS, INC. for the contract price of $9,425.00, in
accordance with City s�scifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#3506 of said Casci Decorators, Inc., such bid being the lowest and said Casci
Decorators, Inc., being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
