RBSOLVBD, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasin� Committee
therefor and hereby awards contraet to R0E-JAMES 6LASS CO�IPANY, Division of Corning-
Donohue, Inc. for furnishin� and delivering �LASS during period of one qear from date
of countersigaature on contract, �or Various Departments of the City of St. Paul (and
County of Raa►sey, including Welfare Board, Detention and Corrections Authority and
Tndependent School District �625) for the contract price of approximately $13,200.00,
at unit prices bid, in accordance with bid specifieations and the Formal Bid �3289 of
said Roe-James Glass Company, such bid resulting in the lowest cost and said Roe-James
Glass Gampany being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be
aad herebq is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor and the proper
City officials are hereby authorized to execute said contr�ct on behalf of the City
