RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and apecifications for said improvement, and aubmit same to the Council"for
approval; that upon said approval,the proper city oflicials'are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of:said improvement in accordance therewith.

of the Council known as Cvuncil File No. 242626 approved March 14th. 19 69
relative to reconstructintz the sidewalk on both sides of Stillwater Ave. from Flandrau St.
to White Bear Ave. and bv doiax all other work which is necessarv and incidental to
