WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to change, modify and amend
certain portions of the plaas and specifications heretofore approved for
the proposed grading and surfacing with bitaminous material LEONE AVE. from
40 feet west of 5lgurd St. to Kennard St. and SIG�IRD ST. fran Upper Afton
Rd. to Leone Ave., as approved May 1 , 1969, by Council Resolution C.F. 243590;
now, therefore, upon the �ecommendation of the Commissioner of Public Works,
be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and spectfications for the above named
improvement, as approved by the Councit , be and the same are hereby changed
modified and aa�ended in accordance with Addendum Na. 1 , which is attached
to and made a part of this Resolution and of the afore.mentioned plans and
specifications; and further, all interested parties be notified of this
Addend�n.
