RESOLVED FTJRTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby inatructed and
clirected to prepare plans and specifications for sa.id improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

of the Council known as Council File No. 242497 approved March 7th. 19 69
