RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifieations for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials axe hereby authorized and directed to pra
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

of the Council known as Council File No. 242473 approved_ March 6th. 19 69
relative to recoastruct the sidewalk on both sidea of Fl�ndrau St. from Bush Ave. to
Rosa Ave. and by doiag all other work which is aecessary and incidental to complete
said improvemeat.
