The Commissioner of Public Work.s, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File Noe 242361 approved Feb. 27th. 1969
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the south side of Wheelock Parkway from
Jackson St. to Westminster St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incideatal to complete said improvement.
