RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that the Saint Paul Figure Skating Club be granted the use
of the Auditorium ice for its summer sessions during June,
July, and August, 196g, on da�es as available from 10:00 AM
to 10:30 PM upon payment of the sum of $1,000.00 per week,
payable weekly in advance . The Saint Paul Figure Skating
Club further agrees that during its use of said Auditorium
ice it will assume all liability arising from damage to
person or property by reason of its use of' said Auditorium
ice during the term of the agreement, and that it will save
harmless the City of Saint Paul from all claiins or suits
for damages to person or property arising out of such use
of' the premises by the Saint Paul Figure Skating Club .
