RESOLVED, That the Council here concurs in the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract to Cl�N1PBELL'S INC. for furnishing and delivering
approximately 200 Disc Type cold water meters, to the City of Saint Paul, Water Department,
Meter Shop, 289 N. Hamline, Saint Paul, Minnesota, amount of contract being approximately
$23,150.00, in accordance with City specifications therefor and the Formal Bid #3529 of
said Campbell's Inc., such bid being the lowest and said bidder being a reasonable and
reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be and is hereby directed to draft the proper form of
contract therefor ar�d the proper City officials hereby axe authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of 5aint Paul.
