WHEREAS, the Office of the Corporation Counsel has certified
in writing that it is in doubt �s to who is entitled to the
award of damages, in the amount of $330.00, fo= the taking of
the following described e�.sement:
An easement in �he land necessary for slopes, cuts
and fills, ineluding right of removal of lateral
support from aubject land or remainder thereof,
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction
of slopes in the grading of Como Lane in tlie followings
Lot eleven (11) , B1ock two (2) , Royal �aks, said easement
being in the land along �the South�r�y line of the tra�t
des�ribed and immediately adjacent to the Northerly line
of Como Lane and being of variable width but not to
exeeed a maxi.mum width of tive (5.0) feet, according
to the plat thereof on tile and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County,
Mianesota;
said av�rard i�avi.ng been confirmed by Council Fil� No. 242694, �pproved
March 19, 1969; now, therefore, be it
RES4LVED, That a warrant be drawn for said amount of $330.00,
payable to Frederick L. Weston, Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Rams�y County, Minnesota, for the party or
parties entitled thereto.

of the tract described and immediately adjacent to
the Northerly line of Como Lane and being of variable
width but not to exceed a maximum width of five (5.0)
feet, according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Ramsey County, Minnesota;
said award having been confirmed by Council File No. 242694,
approved March 19, 1969.
