in writing that it is in doubt as to who is entitled to the award
of daraages in the amount of $400.00 for the taking of the following

A temporary easement for construction purposes, in-
cluding the right of removal o� lateral �c�pport from
subject land in the land described as follows: Vacated
alley adjoining and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and the Northerly
40 feet of Lot 5 and the Northerly 40 feet of I,ot �16
and all of Lots 17, 18, 19 and 20 all in Block 60 in
�esnoyer Park, according to the recorded plat thereof
- on file and of record in the otfice of the Regi�ter
of Deeds in and for the County of R�m�ey and State
of Mi�nesota, the extent of said temporary easement
to be as shown on Drawing No. 1967, Drawer 4, dated
June 7, 1968, on file in the Departruent o� P�blic
Works of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesots, the
heretofore described tempor�ry easement to expire` upon`
completion of the improving of Missis�ippi Rive�r BouTevard
as set forth in Conneil File No. 239481, approv�d duly 17,

for the taking of the following deseribed eaaement:
A temporary easement for construction purposes, in-
cluding the right of removal of lateral support from
subject land in the land deseribed as follows: Vacated
alley adjoining and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and the Northerly
40 feet ot Lot 5 and the Northerly 40 feet of Lot 16
and all of Lots 17, 18, 19 and 20 all in Block 60 in
Desnoyer Park, according to the recorded plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Register
of Deeds in and for the County of Ramsey and State
o� Minnesota, the extent of said temporary easement
to be as shown on Drawing No. 1967, Drawer 4, dated
June 7, 1968, on file in the Department of Public Worka

described temporary easem�nt to expire upon completion
