The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preli�inary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243581 approved May lst. 19 69
relative to reconstructfn� the sidewalk on the north side of Palace Ave. from Davern St.
to Wheeler St. on Lots 29 and 30 ONLY and on the south side of Palace Ave. from Davern
St. to Wheeler St. on Lots 1,2,3,4,9 & 10 ONLY and by doing all other work which is
necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
