RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commiasioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pra
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Commaissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Co�issioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243705 gpproved May 6th. 1969
relative to reconstructi ng the sidewalk on the east side of Hall Ave. from W. Delos St.
to Prospect Blvd. and on the west side of Hall Ave. from W. Delos St. to W. Colorado St.
and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improve-
ment.
a�d haviag investigated the matters and things referred to thereia, hereby reports:
1> The estimated cost thereof is $3.50 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 5 ft<
wide and $4,2U per lina ft, for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2, A plan, profile or sketch of said improveatent is hereto attached and ffiade a
part ehereof.
