The Coaimissioner of Public Works, having had under coneideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243578 approved �Y lst• 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Mendota Ave. from York Ave. to
Case Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement.
