Robert J. Warner Herman Hetager The appeal of Robert J. Warner to relax the require- ments of the Housing and Building Codes for the properties at 704 and 706 Wells was continued. The findings of the reinspection of 704 and .706 Wells by the Health and Building Departments were presented. Andrews Allen moved: 1 . That Mr. Warner be granted 90 days to make the houses at 704 and 706 Wells fit for human habitation and to bring them up to Housing and Building Code standards , 2 . That Mr. Warner and his family be allowed to habitate 704 and 706 Wells for such 90 day period, 3 . That at the end of such 90 day period, the second floor of 704 Wells be vacated and considered unfit for human habitation. Motion carried 4 to 0. � , ' _ , .. . It was suggested that a new list (s) of specific Housing , ancl 13uilding Code requirements which must be complied with be furnished Mr. Warner in order that he may know exactly what must be done in the allotted 90 day period of time. Herman H. Hetager appealed to the Board pertaining to a "Notice of Condemnation" by the Health Department and a letter from the Building Department suggesting that he raze the building at 654 Hall Avenue. Mr. Hetager showed a film of the inside and outside of the building. Mr. Hetager stipulated and agreed that the matter was properly before the Board and that the Boarei had jurisdiction to act on the matter. Mr. Hetager 's appeal was carried over to the next regular meeting pending a reinspection of 654 Hall Avenue by the Health and Building lle- partments in order that their findings may be presented at t�e next regular meeting. A copy of Council Resolution No. 242350 amending Section 54 .18 (4) of the Housing Code was distributed to Board members . There being no further business , the meeting was adjourned.
