WHEREAS, the Council did, on June 24, 1969, receive a request
from Fred H. Newell, Inc. and Circle Services, Inc. , for permission
to transfer the unexpired portion of a certain contract dated
October 4, 1966, approved C. F. 230335 from Newell to Circle;
and
WHEREAS, the contract aforesaid is a concession to operate
certain services at Lake Como which the Department of Parks and
Recreation and Public Buildings does not desire to renew at
the expiration of its current term; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that
the Council refuses to transfer or to consent to the assignment
of the unexpired portion of the contract aforesaid from Fred
H. Newe11, Inc. to Circle Services, Inc.
