We have received a similar grant this summer and have already employed the clerk, who is a junior at the University of Minnesota Law School. The attached resolution authorizes the execution of a contract with our Clerk, to be paid from these Ford Founda- tion funds, and I respectfully request its adoption by your honorable body. Marofsky, of 8005 36th Ave. N. , New Hope , Minnesota,, hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant" .
