WHEREAS , Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS , the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
June 14, 196g to June 27 , 1969 tMerefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such over-
time work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 6446, and No. 3250.
