tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to complete the
Construction of the WORCESTER MORGAN RELIEF SLWER complete, Departm�nt
of Public Works, Sainfl Paul, Minnesota,under Preliminary Order
No. 240095, approved September 5, 1968, and Final Order No. 243741,
approved May 8, i969, to HURLEY CONSTRUCTION COI+�ANY for the contract
price of $51,898.00 (Plus En�ineering � Inspection - $5,190.00,
Valuation Dept. - $205.00 and Collection Charges - $520.00), in accordance
with plans and specif ications therefor hereto attached and Formal Bid �`3614
of said Hurley Construction C�apany, such bid bein$ the lowest and
said Hurley Construction Company being a reliable snd reasonable
bidder and the Corporation Couasel be and hereby is directed to
draft the prope r form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execnte said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul.
