4 WHEREAS, The St. Paul Police Department would like to accept this donafion from
5 the Ranking OfTcers Association; and

7 WHEREAS, the materials and supplies will be used to update the St. Paul Police Department's
8 gym facility; and

10 WHEREAS, the public purpose of this donation is to provide assistance to the City of St. Paul and
11 its residents in ensuring the physiological readiness of its police department; and

13 BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts this generous donation and extends its sincere
14 thanks to the Ranking Officers Associations.
