directed to prepare,plana and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for ,

The Com�issioner of Public Works, having had under consideratioa the preli�inary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243572 approved �y 18t• 19 69
relative tv reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Orchard Ave. from N. Oxford
St. to Lexington Parkway and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental
to complete said impnauvement.
