The Co�issioner of Fublic Works, having had nnd�r consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243573 approved �Y lst. iq69 ,
relative to reconatructing the sidewalk on both sides of W. Morton St. from De3aware
Ave. to Chippewa Ave. and by doing all other work which ie necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to thereia, herebq reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.50 per lin, ft. for standard sidewalk 5 > .
