clirected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Cauncil for

The Coamnissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preli�inary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 243580 approved May lst. 19 69
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Pascal St. from Edmund Ave.
to Lafond Ave. and on the west side of Pascal St. from Edmund Ave. to Thomas Ave. and
by doiag all other work which is necessarv and incidental to complete said improvement,
aad having investigated the matters and things referred to there erebq�ts:
1< The estimated cost thereof is $3.50 per lin. ft, for st sid it>
wide and $4.20 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk 6 ft.
